This repeater is owned/sponsored by Brevard County Emergency Management for use by communications volunteers (REACT/BEARS/Citizens Corps) in support of EOC operations. Ancillary comms. by Brevard County EM take place from time to time under callsign KAC9963. Repeater is a M/A-Com Mastr III and has four satellite receivers in Titusville, Sharpes, Melbourne, and Palm Bay using Spectra-TAC voting.

Use by travellers & visitors is acceptable short-term (up to 30 days), long-term use requires affiliation with one of the County's emergency communications/volunteer programs & a valid GMRS license.
